Izaña ESA CAL-VAL Brewer calibration campaign
Objetives
In this campaign Brewer calibrated at high latitudes station during early spring conditions are calibrated at Izaña Atmospheric Observatory (IZO) three main objectives
- Verify and compare the calibration performed at high ozone slant path conditions
- Double vs Single monochromators comparison
- Characterize the instruments at the IZO facilities
- To investigate the precision of the Langley Plot method.
- Spectral UV comparison
- Umkher retrieval

Exception of Taxes
Canary Islands have an special custom status, there are not inside EU. We don't have VAT and we apply our local tax IGIC
The transport of the instrument to/from Izaña Station are free of taxes Based on the agreement between Spain and Germany when creates the GAW Station.

- the number of boxes
- serial number of the instruments
- statistical (legal) value of the instrument

Meals & rooms
At the observatory there is a washing machine and a small kitchen. The rooms are
The meals can be ordered and serve at the Astrophysics Observatory, only you need to reserve one day in advance. The service requires registration
Platform
The platform has 220 Volt, 3KW power. Is shared with three high volume samplers, but this instruments only work at night.
